720 Modular is pioneering a new future for housing in the Maritimes, demonstrating how modular construction can deliver complex, multi-storey projects with speed, certainty, and purpose. Through the Fitzroy project in Prince Edward Island, the company showcased a progressive design-build approach that unlocked rapid housing delivery while setting a new regional benchmark for modern methods of construction.
More than a single development, Fitzroy stands as proof that modular housing—when guided by experience and collaboration—can meet urgent housing needs and accelerate adoption across Eastern Canada.
