We founded 720 Modular to help lead that change. As a volumetric modular design-builder focused on multifamily housing, we bring together design, engineering, manufacturing, transportation, installation, and site construction into one coordinated delivery model. Our role is not simply to advise from the sidelines. We act as the prime contractor and the integrator, aligning the many moving parts required to deliver complex modular projects successfully.
Our team’s confidence in this work comes from real experience. It comes from lessons learned in the field, through challenges solved, factories coordinated, buildings delivered, and risks managed across both offsite and onsite construction. Modular is not simple, and it is not automatic. Done properly, it requires deep expertise, disciplined planning, and the ability to connect design intent with manufacturing realities and site execution. That is where we have built our strength.
