Canada’s largest modular apartment project is taking shape in Charlottetown, marking a major milestone for rapid housing delivery in the country.
Rising on Malpeque Road, the two building development will deliver 145 affordable units in a fraction of the time required for traditional construction. Led by 720 Solutions in partnership with Fitzgerald and Snow and Kent Homes, the six storey modular project showcases how factory built housing can accelerate timelines, reduce costs, and help meet Prince Edward Island’s growing demand for social and affordable housing.
