145 Units, 2 Apartment Buildings

Prince Edward Island Housing Corporation issued a Progressive Design-Build Tender for two large apartment buildings in Charlottetown. The PEI government had been introduced to modular multi-storey, multi-unit construction with our Fitzroy project, along with several homeless and clinical support shelters we provided the Province in recent years.

We leveraged our relationships with local trades, architecture, engineering, manufacturing, site general contracting and transportation to assemble a strong pre-qualified team and won the Pre-Construction Design Contract. This process landed at a firm, lump sum price for the Owner, and our team. We were then awarded Phase 2 Construction and entered a CCDC 14 agreement. This is a true Progressive Design-Build Modular project.
