720 Modular is redefining how Canada builds housing—by proving that speed, collaboration, and social impact don’t have to come at the expense of quality.
Founded on decades of hands on modular experience, the company brings together onsite construction know how and innovative offsite manufacturing to deliver turnkey, multi family housing faster and more efficiently than traditional builds. From affordable housing and mental health projects to shelters and workforce accommodations, 720 Modular acts as the “quarterback” of the construction process, aligning design, manufacturing, and local trades to unlock the full potential of modern modular construction across Canada.
